About
A Voice for All.
A Leader Who Listens.
Leadership Begins With Listening
I am Chinyere Nnodim Jack, and I am proud to serve as your Patterson City Council member representing District B.
I currently have the privilege of serving as the Patterson City Council candidate and appointed Council Member representing District B, having been appointed to complete the term following a vacancy on the City Council. I accepted this responsibility with humility, gratitude, and a deep commitment to public service, and I am now asking District B Patterson CA voters for the opportunity to continue serving as their elected representative.
My commitment to public service did not begin with my appointment to the City Council. Before joining the Council, I had the honor of serving two terms on the Stanislaus County Board of Education, Area 5, where I advocated for students, families, educational opportunities, and the communities we serve.
Throughout my public and community service, I have remained guided by the values of integrity, transparency, honesty, accountability, collaboration, dignity, and respect.
A City With Tremendous Potential
I believe Patterson is a beautiful city with tremendous potential. As our community continues to grow, we must make thoughtful decisions today that will strengthen Patterson for generations to come. Growth should improve the quality of life for the people who already call Patterson home, while creating opportunities for those who will become part of our community in the future.
I believe every resident deserves a voice in Patterson CA local government, and I will keep working to make that a reality for District B.

Community Leadership and Business Experience
Leadership That Listens
Most importantly, I believe leadership begins with listening. District B deserves a representative who is accessible, independent minded, willing to ask difficult questions, and prepared to collaborate with others to find solutions.
I do not believe leadership is about leaving people behind. Leadership is about bringing people along. We may not always agree on every issue, but I believe every resident deserves to be heard and treated with dignity and respect.
My commitment is simple. Listen to the people. Study the issues. Ask the difficult questions. Work collaboratively. Make responsible decisions. Remain accountable to the community.
